Supervision and Consultation for Clinical Professionals 

For Clinical Professionals, Erica offers intentional and holistic supervision and consultation. I have completed levels I, II and III of the Approved Clinical Supervisor training at Noeticus Counseling Center and am working towards certification.

Many therapists experience “accidental supervision” often provided by newly licensed therapists with little to no training in the art of supervision. I provide support that will develop your professional identity, clinical skill, administrative effectiveness and will help increase your awareness of yourself as a therapist.  Although I am able to supervise many different theoretical approaches, I am especially inspired to support clinical professionals that want to provide trauma-informed care.

I am a somatic and attachment EMDR-certified consultant and trainer and incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, among other therapies, and will encourage you to find your own style and “alchemy.” I often encourage therapists to take a systems lens and consider systems of oppression when conceptualizing clients’ cases. I am committed to developing supervisees’ ability to own their seat as “the expert,” and deconstruct imposter syndrome, while still staying culturally humble and in a growth mindset. 

I often have supervisees express that they feel much more confident in their role as therapists after working with me. They are practicing healthier boundaries with their clients, more self-care and feel that their clinical skills are on solid ground.
